Whether you're hosting a birthday party, family gathering, graduation, BBQ, community event, or special celebration, Backyard Par-Tee brings the entertainment directly to you. Each handcrafted course is professionally designed to create a memorable experience that stands out from ordinary party entertainment. _____________________________________ What's Included: ✔ 9-Hole Mini Golf Course ✔ Putters & Golf Balls ✔ Scorecards ✔ Delivery, Setup & Teardown ✔ 3 Hours of Play Time ✔ Free Delivery within Cape Coral, Punta Gorda & Port Charlotte _____________________________________ Course Layout: Your 9-hole course includes a mix of: (5) 12-foot holes (4) 8-foot holes Each hole features unique layouts and obstacles to keep gameplay exciting and engaging. _____________________________________ Space Requirements: We recommend a flat open area at least the size of a standard 2-car garage for comfortable gameplay. Larger spaces allow for more flexibility in course layout. _____________________________________ Good to Know: - Setup and teardown time do not count toward your rental time. - Please allow a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled delivery time. - Additional play time can be added during booking or later on when the Par-Tee about over - Suitable for kids, teens, and adults. - Indoor and outdoor setups may be available depending on the venue. - Travel fees may apply outside of our free delivery area. Cancellation Policy
Backyard Par-Tee Rental Policies Thank you for choosing Backyard Par-Tee! By placing a reservation, you agree to the following rental policies. Rental Period: Your rental time begins after setup is complete. Setup and breakdown time do not count toward your rental period. Please have all equipment ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Delivery Window: We strive to arrive on time. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled delivery time to accommodate traffic, weather, and scheduling. Weather Policy: If severe weather is expected before setup, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your rental. Once setup has begun, refunds are not available due to weather. If unexpected weather prevents approximately 60% or more of your rental time from being used, we may offer a rescheduled rental at our discretion. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations made 2–6 days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. Equipment Care: Please treat all equipment with care. The renter is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Backyard Par-Tee. Safety: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please use the equipment only as intended. Do not stand, climb, or sit on obstacles, swing putters, throw golf balls, hit balls excessively hard, run on the course, or engage in unsafe behavior. The renter is responsible for the safety of all participants. Pets & Animals: Pets and other animals are not permitted on the putting surface or obstacles. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law but should remain off the course unless necessary. Setup Area: Please provide a clean, reasonably level area with adequate space for setup. Backyard Par-Tee reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe or may damage the equipment. Food & Drinks: To help keep the course clean and in excellent condition, food and drinks are not permitted on the putting surface or obstacles. Spills and stains that require cleaning or cause damage to the turf may result in additional cleaning or repair charges By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these rental policies.
